Archbishop Allen H. Vigneron installed as new chief shepherd of Detroit
At an installation Mass Jan. 28, Bishop Allen H. Vigneron officially became Archbishop Allen H. Vigneron, the leader of the Detroit area's 1.4 million Catholics. The 10th chief shepherd, and fifth archbishop, of the Detroit diocese, Archbishop Vigneron is the first who was born in, and ordained a priest for, the archdiocese. Read more.
